Are you an organised administrator who thrives in a fast‑paced warehouse environment? Do you enjoy working with systems, data and stakeholders to keep operations running smoothly? Are you confident managing multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail?

Here at GXO, we’re recruiting for a Warehouse Administrator to support our Multi‑User operation in Corby. This is a full‑time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern (06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00), where you’ll play a key role in supporting daily operations through accurate administration, system updates and stakeholder coordination.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

* Manage stock movement documentation and update systems to ensure accurate inventory records
* Maintain WMS data and support operational reporting to protect stock integrity and service levels
* Liaise with customers, hauliers and internal teams to resolve operational queries
* Support pallet tracking and financial accuracy through effective record‑keeping
* Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations


What you need to succeed at GXO:

* Previous experience in an administrative role within a warehouse or logistics environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels
* A flexible, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
