Salary: Grade 6, SCP 22 – £26,067.11 per annum
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, part-time hours will be considered.

Camphill Wakefield is seeking two highly organised and proactive Executive Assistants to provide professional support to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our organisation and supporting the delivery of our strategic objectives.
About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will:
* Manage diaries, communications, and travel arrangements for SLT members.
* Provide administrative support to the CEO, including minute-taking and data handling.
* Develop and maintain office systems and ensure effective communication across the organisation.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and support organisational projects.
* Maintain confidentiality and integrity at all times.
What We're Looking For
* Minimum Level 3 qualification (A-level equivalent).
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database management.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Minute-taking experience and attention to detail.
* Commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding practices.
