Reporting to: Area Director
As the UK’s largest choice of properties for sale and to rent, our aim is to give everyone the belief they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team.
The Role
We are seeking candidates with experience in both new business development and account management, focusing on targeting and acquiring commercial agents in a designated area to advertise their properties on Rightmove. You will account manage and grow both new and existing customers to meet business goals related to advertising and product saturation. Revenue growth will be driven through face-to-face activities. You should have a drive to overachieve KPIs and a desire for professional and personal growth within a new business sector at Rightmove.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve individual sales revenue targets & activity levels.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
* Deliver excellent account management with regular review meetings and upselling opportunities.
* Ensure clients understand Rightmove products & pricing, providing value-added solutions.
* Interpret data during review meetings to help clients understand their market position.
* Coordinate with internal support teams for billing and administration.
* Collaborate with Telephone Account Management and New Business Telephone Consultants.
* Attend monthly regional and national meetings.
* Manage external relationships to support company objectives.
* Resolve customer queries and disputes effectively.
* Represent Rightmove positively and uphold company values.
* Engage in self-development and support team growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven sales and negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets.
* Excellent relationship-building abilities.
* Strong closing skills and resilience.
* Experience in multi-product environments.
* Good geographical planning skills.
* Solid industry knowledge and business acumen.
* Disciplined, energetic, and committed to improvement.
* Confident with Microsoft Office tools.
