Youll be working for a major housing association in theNewcastle-under-Lyme area, known for providing long-term opportunities and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where youll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Multi Trade Operative.

As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
* Carrying out reactive maintenance and day-to-day repairs in tenanted properties
* Completing carpentry and plumbing works to a good standard
* Undertaking tiling and patch plastering repairs
* Painting and decorating where required
* Delivering general maintenance duties within tenants homes

* Previous experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance
* Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry and plumbing
* Their own van and tools
* A full UK driving licence
The Multi Trade Operative role is offering the following benefits:
* £22 per hour
* Weekly pay (CIS payments available)
* 45p per mile for travel
* 12 weeks work with the opportunity to go permanent
