What You'll be doing:
Reporting to the Head of HR, The Learning & Development (L&D) Advisor role is an individual contributor within the People Team with responsibility for supporting the design, delivery and evaluation of learning and development initiatives across KBS Maritime. The role scope extends to delivering technical, behavioural and compliance training, supporting leadership and talent development and managing SHEQ and mandatory training compliance.
Whilst continuously promoting wellbeing and inclusion through learning and leveraging digital learning platforms and reporting tools, the L&D Advisor will be tasked to build a high-performing, inclusive and resilient workforce by embedding a culture of continuous learning and development. The L&D Advisor will also ensure learning solutions are aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements, and will contribute to the development of leadership capability and employee engagement.
You'll Have:
Proven experience in L&D advisory or coordination roles or similar, excellent facilitation and coaching skills, and the addition of Knowledge of learning technologies and digital platforms knowledge (desirable). With excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, you'll also have CIPD Level 5 in L&D or equivalent experience, familiarity with SHEQ frameworks and ISO standards and project management experience in L&D initiatives.
