Shift patterns:
* 4pm–9pm
* Alternative weekend shifts

Job Description
* Provide life‑changing care and support that enables vulnerable adults of all ages to live fulfilling lives in their own homes
* Help service users overcome mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including helping with the use and care of aids and personal equipment
* Perform domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry and emptying commodes
* Support service users to access and be part of the local community, including attending appointments, events and social activities where needed
* Help with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks and drinks
* Support with administering medication
Requirements
* Have a right to work within the UK
* A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential, and you must be able to drive a manual car
* Experience in this role is essential
* Demonstrate real compassion, excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
* Commitment to delivering high‑quality, respectful care
