1. To work alongside the current FAS to help provide pre-sales support to the commercial teams for the territory planning.
2. Use to supervise and maintain relevant projects, landmarks, and cases.
3. Attend customer calls and on-site meetings alongside the FAS and support any relevant technical follow-up activities.
4. To support customer training lead by the FAS on-site.
5. Actively participate in FAS led internal communications, FAS training, Knowledge Sharing Call series.
6. Attend regular 1:1 meeting with internship supervisors and with the FAS Manager.
7. Hardware up keeping and management.
8. Reviewing technical drawings and documents.
9. Taking part in process improvements, development projects, as well as contributing towards the resolution of common issues.
