Axon Moore have partnered up with a well-established property firm and we are now seeking an experienced TPI or IRPM Level 3 Property Manager to join the team under the Property Director. This is a key role, responsible for ensuring the smooth and professional management of a residential property portfolio. Oversee, mentor and develop one junior team member. Prepare and manage budgets, collect service charges and ground rents, and maintain accurate financial records. Monitor and chase arrears, implementing processes to minimise late payments. Arrange repairs and replacements in shared areas, appoint and manage contractors, ensure H&S compliance, and oversee works through to completion and billing. Organise and attend meetings with leaseholders, contractors, and stakeholders, providing responsive communication. Arrange and review insurance policies for cost-effectiveness, handling claims efficiently. Ensure compliance with lease agreements and relevant legislation. Conduct regular property inspections and address corrective actions. Maintain professional accreditations and commit to ongoing CPD. Travel to apartment blocks within the region as required. Experience & Skills Required TPI Level 3 or IRPM Level 3 qualified (essential). 3 years’ experience in a Property Manager / Block Manager role. Team management or mentoring experience (desirable). Strong IT skills, particularly Excel. Excellent communication skills across all levels, both written and verbal. High attention to detail with strong organisational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional, presentable, and client-focused. Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage changing priorities
