Job Description
1. Provide legal guidance on private equity and M&A transactions, including due diligence, structuring, and execution.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements and shareholder agreements.
3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
4. Advise clients on risk management and strategic planning related to transactions.
5. Conduct legal research to support decision-making and provide insights on market trends.
6. Support senior attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services to clients.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
8. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and professional service.
