Job Description
To provide Retrofit administrative support to the Decarbonisation Team and Compliance Manager in support of the business plan.
Responsibilities
* Ensure that United Living Property Services retrofit compliance standards, operating processes, company policies and all legislative requirements are understood, implemented and adhered to at all times.
* Learn and understand the United Way of working, ensuring that the processes are complied with and adopted into your daily disciplines.
* Undertake and complete a range of audit tasks to support the Decarbonisation Team.
* Provide a comprehensive administration service to all projects/offices/department as required.
* Review and track supply chain documentation and qualifications to adhere to PAS Standards.
* Manage project trackers and highlight potential issues in good time.
* Produce weekly summary reports on various project stages.
* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve problems/issues at the earliest opportunity.
* Provide support as required to members of the Division and produce weekly reports.
* Maintain the compliance SharePoint system in accordance with company procedures. Undertake the archiving of completed documents as required.
* Maintain external/internal documentation/databases including accreditations and associated documentation in line with company and PAS procedures.
* Ensure the registering, issuing, scanning and filing documents is accurate and timely.
* General office duties.
* Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Maths and English - A-C GCSE or equivalent
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills
* Ability to learn multiple software packages
* Willingness to travel to various work sites possibly within the same working day should the need arise
* Adaptability and resilience under pressure and understand the need for discretion and respect in a public facing role
* Confident to manage difficult situations
* Good communicator, well organised with good time management skills
* Strong written and oral communication skills
* Previous experience in a similar administration role
