Sales Support Admin - Hertfordshire Sales Support Administrator (12 month maternity cover) Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office) Annual salary bonus and benefits The Sales Support team are the behind-the-scenes heroes making sure every holiday starts smoothly. From booking through to arrival, we handle the admin that keeps everything running - managing bookings, verifying guest identities, collecting balances, and liaising between guests, parks, partnerships and the contact centre. If you're organised, detail-focused, and enjoy working across different teams to deliver a first-class experience - this could be the role for you. Please note this is a maternity cover role. What you will be doing: Delivering brilliant customer service - Responding to enquiries quickly, managing third-party bookings within 24 hours, and keeping our FAQs up to date so guests get first-time answers. Keeping bookings running smoothly - Handling amendments, charges, cancellations, and general maintenance across our teams, making sure everything's accurate and compliant. Chasing balances with a friendly touch - Contacting guests about outstanding payments, managing debt reporting weekly, and keeping an eye on what's coming in. Verifying guest identities safely - Reviewing documentation, making solid pass/fail decisions, and processing manual checks in line with data protection - ensuring we're secure and compliant every step of the way. Being the bridge between everyone - Keeping parks informed of customer needs, working across contact centre and partnership teams, and jumping in where needed to support other areas of the business. What we'd like you to bring: Strong product and process knowledge - Understanding of Haven's booking systems, third-party processes, identity verification, and GDPR requirements (don't worry if you're not an expert on everything - we'll train you up). Technical confidence - Working knowledge of Freshdesk and Seaware, plus proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel particularly helpful). If you're keen to learn, we can support you. Attention to detail with a problem-solving mindset - You're accurate with data, organised with your workload, and you take ownership of issues to find solutions. Excellent communication skills - Clear written and verbal communication, whether you're liaising with guests, parks, or internal teams. Discretion and sound judgment - You're confident handling sensitive information professionally, and you can make clear, compliant decisions within timescales. Administrative experience - Previous experience in a similar role is a real advantage.
