Job Summary:
The Orchard Bradford is a Lifehouse (Supported Accommodation) which supports 45 adult men.
The service operates seven days a week.
This is a unique opportunity to join a friendly team who are committed to providing a high-quality support service housing vulnerable adults who find themselves homeless.
Key Responsibilities:
Your main role is to assist clients by working as part of the support team. This will include making clients welcome and ensuring that they have access to all the services available that they may need. The role will include making appointments for a variety of agencies and assisting clients with all aspects of support as well as planning and leading activities to support clients mental and physical well being.
The successful candidate(s) will be able to demonstrate:
1. Previous experience of working in supported housing.
2. Level 2 NVQ or equivalent in a related field.
3. Knowledge of the benefits system.
4. A confident and flexible approach.
