HomeServe is recruiting directly‑employed Plumbing Engineers to join our team. We put the customer’s experience at the forefront of everything we do. As a Plumbing Engineer you will undertake the maintenance and repair work of plumbing systems in our customers’ homes, provide industry‑leading service, help us enhance our reputation and drive customer growth. To help you settle into your career, you will complete our extensive training programme.
Training Programme
* Week 1 – Attend our Head Office in Walsall Monday‑Friday to cover all things HomeServe, health and safety, and receive your tools and equipment.
* Week 2 – Buddies with an experienced HomeServe Plumbing Engineer.
* Accommodation and meal allowance coverage for your induction (where geographically appropriate).
Requirements
* Level 2 in Plumbing (copy of certificates required).
* 1st and 2nd fix plumbing experience.
* Experience working as a plumber in domestic housing.
* Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Proactive, can‑do attitude.Keen eye for detail and problem‑solving skills.
Workplace
Location: Uxbridge.
Full Time – 40 hours per week, including some weekend, evening and bank holiday work.
Compensation
Salary: £40,720 – £44,120 (dependent on experience) plus a £3,000 guaranteed bonus in your first year.
