Location & Working Arrangement
The role will initially be based in Bradford but will move to Leeds Valley Park in Summer 2026. It will be hybrid, with 3 office days per week.
Work type: Permanent, full time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday within a working window of 8:00am–6:00pm.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the coordination and management of work in line with service level targets, creating work plans (weekly, monthly, etc.) to achieve completion within the set timeframe and available resources. You will pre‑plan work schedules to achieve an optimum balance between field resource productivity and adherence to service level targets, as well as profiling work to ensure an achievable workload within a set area.
You will plan and prepare work activities, coordinating resources, equipment and materials to deliver a right‑first‑time experience for our customers. You will be responsible for planning preventative maintenance, complex planning (as defined by Engineering), reactive and predictive workload.
You will use Yorkshire Waters IT systems to prepare work plans (weekly, monthly, etc.) to hand over to a scheduler in line with service level targets. You will engage with field management to assess individual needs and priorities for plans, work with the Demand and Capacity team to review frequencies and workload of work orders, and collaborate with Field Performance Managers, Technical Planners (Maintenance Project Engineers), Foxbridge Logistics and schedulers to ensure achievable and logical plans meet productivity targets.

* You will develop and maintain effective internal and external relationships with a range of key stakeholders
* You will effectively problem‑solve under pressure and find innovative ways to overcome complex business challenges
Preferred Experience
* Experience in IT packages to plan large volumes of work (SAP understanding), training will be provided
* Previous experience within the water, wastewater or broader utilities, process or manufacturing industry sectors
