Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator to work on-site at our warehouse in Wrexham. This role supports the daily operations of the distribution centre by providing administrative assistance, handling timesheet data, and responding to customer enquiries. The position is part-time, working mornings only, and is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and previous administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately transfer warehouse employees’ working hours from timesheets into the internal system

Ensure all time and attendance records are completed correctly and on time
*
Handle customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner
*
Provide general administrative support to the warehouse and management team
*
Maintain and update records, files, and spreadsheets
*
Support day-to-day office tasks to ensure smooth warehouse operations
Requirements
*
Previous administrative experience (essential)
*
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data entry
*
Good communication and customer service skills
*
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*
Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work early morning hours
Desirable (but not essential)

Experience working in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment

Familiarity with timesheet or payroll systems
