Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing As a Care Professional, you’ll help clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes. You’ll follow personalised care plans designed to promote dignity, wellbeing, and independence. Your responsibilities will include:
* Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, incontinence support)
* Medication support
* Meal preparation and assistance
* Shopping and practical daily tasks
* Light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, tidying)
* Companionship and emotional support
Qualifications
What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!) You don’t need care experience — just the passion to help others. Full, paid training is provided, along with ongoing support to help you grow. We’re looking for:

* ✅ Willingness to learn new skills
* ✅ Good communication and teamwork

What You’ll Receive We offer the stability, career progression, and support only a national care group can provide:
* Competitive Pay: £12.71 per hour.
* ⏱️ Full Shift Pay: We pay for your time between visits. This means you are paid for your entire shift, unlike many other providers!
