* Lead and develop the SHREQ team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
* Define and implement SHREQ strategy aligned with business goals.
* Oversee compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO certifications.
* Provide expert advice on legislation, risk management, and best practices.
* Manage key processes including fleet, insurance, waste, and emergency preparedness.
Profile
* Proven experience in health and safety management with strategic planning skills.
* Strong leadership and communication abilities to influence at all levels.
* Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
* NEBOSH qualification and knowledge of ISO standards.
* Ability to inspire and mentor a team to exceed performance goals.
