As a key member of the Rosebery Respite team and working closely with Heads of Year and Deputy Heads of Year, the Pastoral Support Officer will provide high‑quality and timely support to students who regularly demonstrate challenging behaviour negatively affecting their ability to learn and/or whose low attendance affects their progress at school. The Pastoral Support Officer will also engage regularly with parents, informing them of the progress of their child, undertake home visits, and run workshops to promote positive behaviour strategies at home.
