Role Description
The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, providing customer service, negotiating deals, managing property listings, and facilitating sale transactions. The Broker will also maintain and develop client relationships and stay informed about real estate trends in the market.
Your Role:
* Prospect new business through warm calls and email
* Estimate property value and provide accurate valuations
* Build your reputation as a community expert
* Qualify leads and hold viewings
* Negotiate and close deals
