We're now looking for an experienced and inspiring General Manager to take the lead at one of our flagship pubs — someone who can balance great service, strong leadership, and commercial performance while maintaining the welcoming atmosphere our pubs are known for.
About the Role
As General Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall success of the venue, driving sales and profitability while ensuring exceptional guest experiences. You'll lead, motivate, and develop your team to deliver consistently high standards, while maintaining full accountability for operations, compliance, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
* Manage day-to-day operations including staffing, stock control, and compliance.
* Drive sales and profitability through excellent service and local marketing initiatives.
* Maintain high standards of food, drink, and customer service.
* Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the team.
* Work closely with company operators to ensure business goals are achieved.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a General Manager (or strong Deputy ready to step up) within a quality pub, bar, or restaurant environment.
* A hands-on leader with excellent communication and organisational skills.
* A natural motivator who leads by example and builds great teams.
* Strong understanding of P&L management, GP targets, and compliance standards.
* Passionate about hospitality, people, and creating memorable experiences.

Pay: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
