Key Responsibilities
As the Head of Quality, you will
* Comprehend, cultivate, and administer training sessions for Internal Quality Assurers, cultivating optimal methodologies throughout various departments and industries.
* Spearhead the creation of instructional frameworks for all certifications.
* Work closely with Delivery Managers to devise effective strategies for addressing complex learner pathways.
* Guarantee the attainment of success metrics, adherence to deadlines, and retention goals.
* Advocate for process and quality initiatives, potentially spearheading the Quality Assurance sampling strategy.
* Foster a culture of ongoing enhancement and influence on delivery outcomes.
* Assure that decisions made by the Executive Team or Board are grounded in dependable and robust data.
Qualifications and Expertise
As the Head of Quality, we expect you to have
* High-level understanding of Quality and Curriculum areas for Apprenticeships, Advanced Learner Loans, AEB and NEETs
* High to Expert Level knowledge of OFSTED and ESFA funding rules, including daily use of the education inspection framework and further education and skills inspection handbook
* Practitioner-level knowledge of OFSTED, staying abreast of its latest trends and thinking
* Leadership skills to prepare and achieve success in future OFSTED inspections, keeping our delivery "OFSTED ready" at all times
* Learner-centric approach with an in-depth understanding of good curriculum, its intent, implementation, and impact
* Ability to inspire leaders, drive delivery excellence, and uphold a mindset of excellence in customer service
* Proven ability to solve problems with a can-do attitude, remaining humble and resilient
* Expertise in Safeguarding and the Prevent agenda, including creating and managing safeguarding systems
* Market leader-level understanding of teaching and learning tools, resources, and initial assessment effectiveness
