We’re looking for a Child Support Worker to join our dedicated team in a warm, welcoming and beautifully maintained Ofsted-registered children's home in Swindon, Gloucestershire. You’ll be supporting children and young people aged 8–18, who for various reasons are unable to live with their families.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Creating a safe, stable and nurturing environment
✅ Supporting young people with daily life and emotional challenges
✅ Promoting independence, confidence, and emotional wellbeing
✅ Working closely with a team of committed professionals
✅ Responding calmly and effectively to challenging situations
You don’t need previous experience—just the right mindset. Full training is provided, and you’ll have the chance to complete a fully funded qualification as you grow with us.
What You Need

✅ Valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (with business insurance)

✅ Right to work in the UK – we cannot offer visa sponsorship
*
✅ Aged 21 or over (due to regulatory requirements)

✅ Confident, empathetic, and emotionally resilient
*
✅ Able to work collaboratively as part of a small, supportive team
*
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills
