Were looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee a specialised pyrotechnics department based in Chalgrove, becoming the Senior Pyrotechnics Supervisor. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing a team of up to 15 operatives across x-ray, leak testing, and part-marking functions, ensuring output, quality, and on-time delivery are consistently achieved.
