We’re Hiring: Senior HR Business Partner/ HR Manager – 12 Month FTC.
Location: Central Manchester (Hybrid – 3 days in-office)
Contract: Fixed Term (12 months)
We are looking for a professional and capable Senior HR Business Partner/HR Manager to our client’s Manchester location on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is a unique opportunity to work within a high- performing and collaborative team, implementing strategy and partnering senior stakeholders.
The role:
* Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team and colleagues across a range of HR topics
* Driving performance, engagement, performance optimisation, and professional development strategies
* Leading and supporting people-related projects, ensuring compliance and excellence
* Champion well-being, equity, and inclusivity in the workplace
* Collaborate with global teams in a matrixed environment to deliver best-in-class HR support
Our client is looking for:
* Proven experience in employee relations as well as broader generalist HR activities
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and culture
* Experience within a professional setting ie financial services, professional services or similar and ideally within a global/matrixed setting

Salary is up to circa £70,000 per annum
