Lisa Wright Recruitment is supporting a client in their search for a proactive, customer-focused IT Support Analyst to join their busy IT team. This is a key role, providing technical support to lawyers, partners, and business support colleagues, ensuring they have reliable, secure, and well-supported technology. Option of working from Spalding, Huntingdon, Birmingham or Nottingham office locations Key Responsibilities: * Deliver first-line IT support via phone, email, remote tools, and in person. * Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile device, and network issues. * Support Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and legal applications (e.g., iManage). * Build, configure, and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals. * Maintain inventories, adhere to security standards, and assist with IT projects. * Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements. Skills & Experience: * Previous experience in professional services, financial, or legal environments. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and user administration. * Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. * Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information. Desirable: * Experience with legal applications, networking, or remote working technologies. * ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications. Personal Attributes: * Approachable, patient, and service-oriented. * Detail-focused, collaborative, and adaptable. Working Arrangements: * Office-based with some hybrid working depending on business needs. * Occasional out-of-hours or weekend work for system upgrades or critical issues. * Travel to other offices may be required.
