Flk Recruitment is supporting a fast-paced, global FMCG business which is looking to hire into its HR team in Yorkshire.
As a result of recent changes to their operating model, the business is now entering a new phase in its evolution and is looking to HR to help drive employee engagement and capability.
They are looking for a commercially-focused Junior HR Business Partner to work closely with the business.
Key responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
coaching managers in all performance management issues
supporting with ER activities
working with Managers to ensure the right team structures are in place to drive business growth
supporting managers to be self-sufficient in handling HR issues
ensuring all colleagues have a great employee experience and employee engagement remains high.
This role touches on all areas of the employee lifecycle from inductions, ER advice, HR reporting and policies through to HR projects.<...
