We’re Enterprise Mobility, a family-owned, global leader in mobility solutions with a portfolio that includes household names such as Enterprise Rent-A-Car. With a turnover of $35 billion and nearly 90,000 team members across 95 countries, we have grown from a pioneering idea over 65 years ago to become a leading force in the industry.
Join us, and as the TargetJobs Graduate Employer of the Year and a Times Top 100 Graduate Employer, we will offer you the freedom to explore your potential and progress along your own career path. Are you ready to make your move?
After an initial virtual classroom-based orientation, you will be assigned to a branch for hands-on business training, learning valuable skills from mentors who started in your position. Nearly all our full-time employees began as graduates in our Management Training Programme, including our current CEO.
This approach ensures everyone learns our business from the ground up and understands their significant role in our success. Our promote-from-within culture guarantees a comprehensive training experience in management, finance, operations, sales, and customer service.
As you develop, more opportunities will become available. Many choose to advance within our Rental Operations managerial track, with the potential to become a Branch Manager within as little as two years, managing your own team and profits. Alternatively, explore other exciting roles within Enterprise, such as Human Resources, Accounting, Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing.
We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, recognized through listings such as The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality, Stonewall's Top 100 Employers for LGBTQ+ Inclusion, and top ranks in the Social Mobility Employer Index. As a family-owned business led by our third-generation CEO, Chrissy Taylor, we are confident in our long-term vision, providing stability and growth opportunities even in challenging times.
As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will be empowered to make impactful business decisions, develop new business, maintain relationships, understand cost control, read P&L statements, and learn what it takes to run a profitable branch. You will also learn to deliver exceptional customer service, communicate effectively, influence others, and resolve conflicts.
Skills you will acquire include sales techniques, problem solving, and relationship building with local business partners and decision-makers. You will also learn to mentor, train, and manage staff, with your development rewarded through pay increases and promotions.
