Salary: £34,000 - 56,000 per year Requirements: High-level security clearance (DV) required Strong experience in application management and maintenance Familiarity with Geospatial capabilities and related software Ability to work with Core Services and Agile Change teams Excellent communication and liaison skills with technical teams and stakeholders Experience in managing application upgrades in both fixed and deployed environments Proficient in diagnosing software issues and debugging code Knowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) and software lifecycle management Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the application baseline across multiple domains Support Core Services and Agile Change teams to ensure up-to-date applications Liaise with 2nd and 3rd Line engineers, contractors, and customer Resolver groups for effective information flow Maintain and deliver application upgrades under the direction of the Technical Lead Provide technical support to clients and relay information to development teams Integrate with ITAM for vendor information and software maintenance agreements Optimize applications through new technologies and upgrades Document processes, procedures, and application version histories Enhance relationships with MOD, Military, and other contractors Investigate and resolve application deployment issues Monitor hardware or software changes and manage deployment impacts Support software application deployments, upgrades, and patches in line with MODCERT processes Technologies: Flow Hardware Support Security AI Machine Learning More: At Leidos, we are a global leader in science and technology solutions, committed to tackling the worlds toughest challenges in defence, intelligence, and healthcare.
