Business Responsibilities: Maintain the ethos and culture of Nimbuscare. Promote Nimbuscare positively. Support Line Managers as required. Adhere to Health & Safety policies and educate staff accordingly. Apply Nimbuscare policies, standards, and guidance.
Safeguarding: Everyone within Nimbuscare is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of adults-at-risk, children, and young people. Be aware of your duties under the Children Act 2004, Working Together to Safeguard Children 2018, and the DOH Policy No Secrets (2000). Recognise signs of abuse and neglect. Report concerns to the Nimbuscare Safeguarding Lead. Follow local safeguarding policies.
Confidentiality: Respect customer privacy and handle sensitive information in confidence. Only disclose information to authorized persons in accordance with Nimbuscare policies and GDPR regulations.
Health & Safety: Promote and maintain health, safety, and security for yourself and others. Use security systems appropriately, identify risks, and report hazards. Follow infection control procedures and keep work areas safe.
Equality and Diversity: Support the rights of customers, carers, and colleagues. Respect privacy, dignity, and beliefs. Behave in a welcoming, non-judgmental manner.
Quality: Maintain high standards within Nimbuscare. Report quality and risk issues. Manage your time and resources effectively. Cooperate with audits and work collaboratively with other agencies.
Communication: Recognize the importance of effective communication. Engage clearly with team members, customers, and carers. Adapt communication methods as needed.
