Job Title: Sales Manager – Flooring/building materials industry
Location: UK
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager for our division in the UK region. If you have more than 3 years of proven sales experience in the flooring/building materials industry, are familiar with local wholesale and retail channels (such as home improvement stores and supermarkets), and understand the unique customer profiles and industry compliance rules, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing and maintaining OEM cooperation with local flooring distributors, building material retailers and project purchasers, achieving annual sales targets and expanding market share.
* Conduct market research on local flooring industry trends, customer demands and competitor dynamics, and provide targeted OEM product solutions to clients.
* Negotiate OEM contracts with overseas clients, clarify product specifications, pricing, delivery terms and after-sales service clauses, and ensure smooth execution of cooperation projects.
* Coordinate with internal production, logistics and quality control teams to ensure on-time delivery of OEM orders and compliance with international product standards (e.g., EU E0 certification).
* Collect feedback from overseas clients on product quality and service, and put forward optimization suggestions to improve customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation stickiness.
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of sales experience in the flooring/building materials industry, with a solid understanding of local retail and wholesale channels.
* Strong knowledge of customer behavior in home improvement stores and supermarkets.
* In-depth understanding of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics in UK.
* Proven track record of success in sales, including the ability to lead a team and achieve sales goals.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions.
