The Bush Inn is located on the main high street of Aberdare town centre. Aberdare is an old mining town in the Cynon Valley of Rhondda Cyon Taf. Located four miles southwest of Merthyr Tydfil and 20 miles north of Cardiff, the pub is nestled in the high street surrounded by local shops and amenities. The pub is located near the bus station which has good links to all the surrounding towns.

On entering from the high street you are greeted with a brand new Proper Pub, the pub will be revitalized, ensuring that it retains its charm while seamlessly incorporating modern design elements and carefully balancing the space so it feels vibrant and inviting, making it a great community pub. It has various seating options both loose and fixed, creating distinct areas within the space. The bar is prominent and services all areas with a great value product range catering for all. The carefully positioned pool table and darts board to the rear of the pub make a great space for the customers to enjoy as well as the sports teams.
Trading Style:
There needs to be a drive to ensure the community is welcomed and supported with a diverse offer which should ensure a vibrant and consistent entertainment programme including DJ’s, Live bands, and karaoke. The pub comes alive at the weekends with a large local following enjoying all the pub has to offer. Admiral Taverns take care of all the running costs including rates, utilities, stock, public liability and day to day running costs whilst you take home 18.5% of the net weekly sales, all employment costs relating to your staff and any council tax and TV licence for the residential quarters.
