* Commercial Process Development:
o Support the development of the sales process by helping document workflows, handovers, definitions, and best practice guidance.
o Assist in creating the Sales Playbook, including structuring content, assembling examples, and ensuring materials remain clear, accurate, and up to date.
o Help define and maintain “rules of engagement” for the Sales & Marketing department, ensuring they are well-documented and accessible.
o Contribute to the organisation of templates, scripts, and process documentation so the team can work consistently and efficiently.
o Capture feedback from sales and marketing activities to help refine processes and improve the clarity of the playbook and associated materials.

* Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask calmly.
* Good written communication skills with an eye for detail.
* Comfortable using digital tools and willing to learn new platforms.
* Creative, flexible, and eager to contribute across different activities.

Personal Attributes

* Steady, reliable, organised.
