Production Operative – Vegetable Factory (Full-Time & Part-Time) Location: Brandon We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy vegetable processing factory. This is a great opportunity to become part of a supportive team working in a fast-paced production environment. Job Overview: Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for ensuring vegetables are processed, sorted, packed, and prepared to meet customer specifications and quality standards. Main Duties: • Checking and sorting vegetables on the production line • Removing debris such as rocks, stones, and other foreign objects • Packing potato bags up to 20kg • Supporting the smooth running of the production line • Ensuring products meet customer quality specifications • Carrying out quality checks on finished products • Assisting colleagues with lifting and moving items, including heavy lifting • Reducing manual handling risks where possible • Following all health & safety procedures • Other general production duties as required Shift Pattern: • Day shifts starting at 07:00 until finish (depending on production/orders) • Full-time and part-time positions available Pay Rates: • £12.71 per hour • Overtime after 39 hours: £17.17 per hour Requirements: • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Good attention to detail • Willingness to carry out manual work and heavy lifting (including 20kg bags) • Team player with a positive attitude • Previous production or factory experience is beneficial but not essential Contact: For more information, please contact Contract Personnel: (phone number removed) Email your CV to
