You will support children and young people with a range of complex needs including autism, developmental delays, and social communication difficulties. Working closely with clinical leaders and school teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and delivering a comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy provision. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct and indirect speech and language therapy Support systems-level, preventative interventions with a whole-school approach Deliver expert training, consultation, and guidance to staff and stakeholders Independently manage a clinical caseload Participate in audit, research, and service development activities Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams About You You are a skilled and compassionate professional with a passion for inclusive education and evidence-based practice. Essential Criteria: BSc/MSc in Speech and Language Therapy HCPC and RCSLT registration Minimum 1–2 years’ post-registration experience Strong clinical report writing and case management skills Experience working in multidisciplinary teams Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle Desirable: Experience in special education or ASC/SEMH settings Familiarity with whole-school or systems-level intervention models About the Organisation We are a leading provider of special education and therapeutic support services across the UK.
