As an Assistant Service Manager, you will report to the Service Manager, working alongside them you will help to support a team of Support Workers and ensure the smooth running of the service.

As an Assistant Service Manager you will:
* Have strong communication skills with the people we support, colleagues and other stakeholders.
* Be confident to support with leading and managing a team.
* Be flexible, ensuring there is adequate support across the management team on site.
* Previous supervisory experience is desirable but not an essential.
* Be IT literate.
What will you be doing as an Assistant Service Manager:
* To be confident in being able to work using a computer and electronic systems.
* Support the Service Manager with agreed management tasks.
* Support the team with their development.
* Ensuring compliance across the team and service.
