Responsibilities
1. Respond promptly to all online enquiries, adhering to the timeframes set by management.
2. Work effectively to meet individual and team sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
3. Maintain a work rate and level that aligns with the company's objectives.
4. Approach all enquiries professionally, following company procedures.
5. Adhere to responsibilities under the SMC regime, including FCA Conduct Rules.
6. Treat colleagues and the workplace with respect.
7. Provide customers with the highest level of service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, while actively enhancing product knowledge.
8. Previous sales experience is preferred; specific motor trade experience is not required.
9. Exhibit excellent communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
10. Work independently with minimal supervision and contribute actively to a close-knit team.
11. Be self-motivated, driven, and passionate about customer service.
12. Demonstrate a track record of achieving targets.
13. Manage multiple tasks efficiently with good organization skills.
14. Possess excellent time-management skills with attention to detail.
15. Having a good understanding of the automotive industry is desirable but not essential.
