Role Overview
You will own the partnerships and alliances agenda across EMEA—defining partner strategy, building and enabling the ecosystem (Regional Sales, procurement consultancies, and technology/platform alliances), and driving partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue. This is a builder role: set the strategy and execute hands‑on as an individual leader with the potential to expand based on success criteria. Reports to EMEA executive leadership with a dotted line into global partnerships leadership.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and execute the EMEA partnerships & alliances strategy, including partner segmentation and joint go‑to‑market motions.
* Build, enable, and manage a portfolio of strategic partners (e.g. global/regional SI's, procurement consultancies, and technology alliances) to deliver scalable demand, co‑sell opportunities, and services capacity.
* Establish partner programs, joint value propositions, and commercial models (incentives, deal registration) that drive predictable partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced pipeline and ARR.
* Lead joint marketing and field execution with partners—events, campaigns, ABM plays, and solution showcases—to localize messaging and accelerate demand in priority EMEA markets.
* Develop executive‑level relationships and governance with top partners; run quarterly business reviews, resolve channel conflict, and ensure compliance with company standards.
* Collaborate cross‑functionally (sales, marketing, customer success, product, data) to align enablement, solution packages, and delivery readiness for EMEA customers.
* Oversee partner operations, forecasting, and reporting; manage budgets with disciplined financial stewardship and ensure accurate visibility into pipelines, bookings, and influenced revenue.
What You’ll Bring
* 10+ years growing software, data, or consulting businesses with a strong focus on partnerships/ alliances; proven record launching or scaling a regional partner ecosystem ideally with procurement or market intelligence service offerings.
* Deep enterprise go‑to‑market experience with complex B2B pursuits and executive engagement—capable of orchestrating co‑sell motions with GSIs/consultancies and technology partners in addition to selling direct to partners.
* Builder mindset: comfortable moving from strategy to hands‑on execution in a scale‑up setting (partner prospecting, enablement, deal support, joint marketing).
* Strategic and analytical approach; fluent in partner economics, incentives, and accurate forecasting of partner‑sourced/influenced pipeline.
* Professional English required; additional languages (e.g. German, French, Arabic) highly desirable.
Location, Travel & Eligibility
* Based in an accessible European hub (e.g., London, Amsterdam, Berlin). Expect ~25-40% regional travel.
* The ability to work across key EMEA countries is required.
