Job Description:
Salary: £37,270 - £41,542 assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month

Our homes support young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming to achieve the best outcomes for them. As a shift leader, you'll support the team and ensure the home operates to high standards, ready to deputize for the Team Leaders. Building relationships with young people through compassion, resilience, and support is key, along with providing inspiring leadership to colleagues.
What we offer:
* Salary: Base salary of £30,030 - £34,302
* Bonuses: Up to 4 sleep-ins per month paid at £80 each, approx. £3,840 annually; £1,400 Attendance Allowance (assuming good attendance); £2,000 Regional Allowance; £1,000 Welcome Bonus (post-probation); £1,000 Loyalty Bonus (after 12 months)
