Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve and exceed individual and team targets
Maximise direct selling time and ensure effective handling of all sales enquiries
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to enhance team performance
Oversee operational matters, ensuring excellent customer service standards
Maintain accurate sales records and administrative procedures
Build strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and satisfaction
