Marketing Executive - Audience Growth and Analytics Client Financial Services Location Holborn Hybrid working set up Our client is going through an exciting period of expansion and looking for someone to come on board to increase and drive forward their audience expansion and engagement across all channels. Looking for an experienced professional who works very well independently, produce high impact delivery and excellent technical depth. You will be a proactive data-driven marketeer with a passion for building audiences as well as enjoy working with data and translating into action. You will be confident and capable of running high impact campaigns across various channels. Identify and prioritise initiatives that drive growth. Able to work autonomously as well as collaboratively and contributing across multiple functions within the business. The Role You will support the growth and optimisation across four key distribution channels: Syndicated Investor Platforms / CRM & Email Marketing / Paid and Organic Digital Marketing / Search Engine and AI Visibility You will also contribute growth to HNWI’s, Family Offices as well as Retail Investors. Identify new opportunities. Drive data capture, tracking and reporting. Monitor KPIs and present insights into leadership and senior stakeholders. Working closely with various teams across the business. The Ideal candidate: At least four years’ experience in audience growth, digital distribution, marketing, analytics. Demonstrated success in audience growth and results. Strong technical and analytical skills and fluent in Google Analytics, CRM platforms, Dashboards and various optimisation tools. Able to work independently and prioritise workload and projects. Excellent communication skills and be comfortable in meetings with senior management and present findings and present new ideas.
