Overview
To support the achievement of revenue objectives by coordinating, delivering, monitoring, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns. This role focuses on the smooth operational execution of campaigns developed by the wider marketing team, ensuring activity is delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Delivery
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with global teams to ensure clear briefs and timely delivery of campaign assets.
* Oversee quality control, proofing, and final sign-off of campaign materials.
* Ensure consistent messaging across all campaign touchpoints.
* Support data selection to optimize campaign targeting.
Campaign Operations & Process Management
* Maintain and follow structured campaign processes and workflows.
* Identify and elevate issues, offering proactive solutions.
* Use systems and reporting tools effectively to support campaign delivery.
* Assist in onboarding and supporting team members.
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
* Track campaign performance across channels against defined objectives.
* Create reports and dashboards to share results and insights.
* Recommend improvements to enhance campaign efficiency.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
* Build strong working relationships with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers.
* Share knowledge and best practices to improve team performance and processes.
Required

* Familiarity with marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping.
* Exposure to working with global or remote teams.
* Background in B2B marketing or campaign operations.
