In this role, you'll take the lead on all things digital, growing audiences, building engagement and finding inventive ways to make books shine online. You'll shape campaigns across social, email, web and retail platforms, while also helping to strengthen direct-to-consumer sales through innovative content and smart data-led strategy.
You'll be responsible for:
·Developing and delivering digital campaigns that capture attention and drive sales
·Managing and optimising website content, ensuring a seamless customer journey
·Growing and engaging mailing lists with creative, high-performing email activity
·Running effective paid media campaigns across Amazon and social platforms
·Crafting engaging visual assets and digital content (experience in Photoshop, InDesign or Canva is key)
·Collaborating with editors and authors to bring individual book campaigns to life
You'll bring creativity, curiosity and confidence in equal measure - someone who can balance big-picture ideas with hands-on delivery. Whether building a newsletter audience, designing standout visuals or analysing campaign performance, you'll have the initiative and attention to detail to make things happen, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting readers with great books.
Based in London, this role offers flexible hybrid working (minimum two days a week in the office) and the chance to work with a passionate team that believes in publishing with purpose.
