Role : Senior HVAC Engineer Salary: £45,000 £55,000 Location: Nationwide (UK) Contract: Permanent, Full Time Vehicle: Company Van Provided About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior HVAC Engineer to join a small, high-performing engineering team delivering commercial HVAC services across major UK distribution and warehouse facilities primarily within the facilities of global ecommerce business.
This is a hands-on senior role, ideal for an engineer who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and working across a wide variety of commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities Service, maintain and repair commercial air conditioning systems Fault finding and diagnosis on HVAC and associated mechanical systems Carry out minor mechanical works as required Ensure compliance with F-Gas, Gas Safe and H&S standards Support and mentor junior engineers within the team Liaise professionally with site contacts and management teams Travel nationwide to attend warehouse and distribution centre sites What Were Looking For Proven experience in commercial HVAC / AC engineering F-Gas qualified (essential) Gas Safe registered (essential) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability Comfortable working independently and leading a small team Flexible and xkybehq willing to travel nationwide when required Professional, reliable and customer-focused attitude Whats On Offer Competitive salary of £45,000 £50,000 Company van and fuel provision Nationwide project exposure within large commercial environments Opportunity to work as the senior technical lead within a close-knit team Stable, long-term permanent role If you are interested in this role please call Tom at our Walsall office or apply now.
