We are seeking to appoint a Teacher (Maths/Science) to join this thriving school. Reporting to the Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging lessons, ensuring the department and the school achieve their aims. Who We Are
Greenfields School in Bassaleg, Newport, supports learners aged 9-16 with learning differences. The school caters for up to 20 pupils with social, emotional, and behavioural difficulties (SEBD), offering a mix of residential and day placements.

* Deliver the curriculum, prepare teaching materials, and ensure high standards of literacy and student progress.

* Use assessment data to monitor progress, set targets, and plan lessons.
* Collaborate with colleagues, participate in professional development, and communicate effectively with parents and external bodies.
* Promote and safeguard student welfare, ensuring compliance with school policies and protocols.
