Location:
Elstree
(Hybrid: 2–3 days in office initially, with flexibility to move remote once established)
Salary & Commission:
* £35,000 – £40,000 base
* 30% uncapped commission
on all gross profit, starting from £1 billed

What You'll Be Doing:
* Prospect, cold call, and network your way into new corporate accounts
* Run outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and calls
* Book and lead discovery meetings, supported by technical experts
* Own your pipeline and CRM – forecast accurately, track activity
* Progress into full-cycle sales and retain account ownership
What You'll Need:
* 2–3 years of experience in sales or business development (MSP, VAR, or IT Distributor preferred)
* Strong understanding of the IT channel and B2B sales
* Hunter mindset – proactive, driven, and tenacious
* Confident communicator with the ability to articulate complex solutions
* Ambitious and eager to grow into a senior commercial role
