We are recruiting for Class 1 LGV C+E Drivers at our Amesbury Depot within the Muller Milk and Ingredients Distribution Business.

Newly passed Class 1 drivers will be considered – full training provided to help you succeed.
1. Contract – Full Time / Permanent
2. Location - Amesbury Depot (SP4 7SZ) - Please note that this role is part of a 365-day operation, which may include working on Bank Holidays, including Christmas Day
3. Shift Pattern – 5 out of 7, including some weekend working
4. Rate of Pay –
Day;
5. Monday - Friday - £15.88 per hour
6. Saturday - £17.87 per hour
7. Sunday - £23.82 per hour
Nights;
8. Monday - Friday - £18.14 per hour
9. Saturday - £20.42 per hour
10. Sunday - £27.21 per hour
Overtime;
11. Days - £17.87
12. Nights - £20.42
Class 1 Driver Role & Responsibilities
13. Delivering milk products to customer stores and regional distribution centres
14. Puts safety first and respects all other road users.
15. Diligent in ensuring driver and vehicle checks are completed correctly.
16. Forward thinking, route checks for safety restrictions, planned road works and traffic to ensure your journey will be smooth and efficient.
17. Highly professional in all situations as you are the interface between the business and our customer base.
Class 1 Driver Key Skills & Experience
18. HGV Class 1 Licence (LGV Cat C+E)
19. Current CPC and digital driving card
20. No more than 6 minor points on driving licence (No CDs, DDs, DRs or INs)
21. Must be comfortable with the physical nature of the role.
22. An effective team member who works well on their own initiative
23. Demonstrates an excellent attitude to work
24. Self – motivated with a positive attitude and extremely reliable
