In this role, you will work closely with pupils who require additional support with behaviour, emotional regulation, and social development. Much of your day will involve providing 1:1 guidance or small-group mentoring, helping pupils develop resilience, self-regulation, and positive interactions with others. You should feel confident working independently and as part of a wider team, with strong communication and organisational abilities. A genuine commitment to supporting the school’s values and promoting pupil wellbeing is essential. In return, the schools offer a supportive and welcoming working environment, opportunities for continued professional development, and the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of young people.
