Location: High Wycombe
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + Full Benefits
This is a great opportunity for a customer‑focused 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a thriving organisation based in High Wycombe. The role is office‑based Monday to Friday, working with a great team.
The Role of 1st / 2nd Line Support Engineer
You’ll be the first point of contact for users, providing friendly and effective technical support across business systems (EPOS – nice to have, not essential).
Key Responsibilities
* Providing 1st and 2nd line remote support
* Handling inbound calls and support queries
* Diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating where required
* Supporting new users with system setup, walkthroughs and remote training
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in 1st / 2nd line IT support
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Confident working with non‑technical users
* Someone who goes the extra mile
Nice to have
EPOS or retail experience, but not essential.
