Prep Smart Consulting Ltd is a UK-based education and career consultancy supporting individuals on their path to academic and professional success. We specialise in university admissions, test prep, and career coaching for global learners. We are expanding into international compliance support.

As part of our growth, we’re applying for a UK Sponsor Licence and seek a dependable, detail-oriented HR Compliance Administrator to support this process and maintain our sponsor status with the UK Home Office.

About the Role

The HR Compliance Administrator will serve as our Level 1 User (L1U) in the UK Home Office Sponsor Management System (SMS).

This role is essential for ensuring compliance with sponsor duties, including record keeping, reporting, and managing Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS).

Prior experience with sponsor licence administration is preferred, but full training and support will be provided. Key qualities include attention to detail, reliability, and UK immigration eligibility.

Your Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate records in the SMS system
* Assign Certificates of Sponsorship (CoS) as directed
* Assist with collecting and preparing documentation for the Home Office
* Meet deadlines and compliance obligations
* Notify the Home Office of reportable changes
* Maintain documentation and audit trails related to migrant workers
* Coordinate with company directors and advisors to ensure process alignment

Requirements

* Must be based in the UK
* Must have settled status (e.g., British Citizen or Indefinite Leave to Remain)
* Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
* Reliable, organized, and capable of following procedures independently
* Experience in HR, compliance, education administration, or visa support is a plus
* Comfortable working remotely and handling sensitive administrative duties
