What your day will look like?
As a sales Manager you will be responsible for generating new business through proactive sales activity, networking, account management, and strategic partnerships, with a strong emphasis on corporate and group business. You will support the Cluster Sales Director and General Manager in representing the hotel at industry events, manage RFPs and contracts, analyse market trends and competitor activity, and work closely with commercial, marketing, and operational teams to maximise revenue opportunities. As an ambassador for Crimson Hotels, you will also support cross‑selling initiatives, strengthen community relationships, and help drive sales engagement across the portfolio.
What You’ll Bring?
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience who can communicate confidently and professionally, both written and verbally. You will be a strong team player, able to work closely with different departments while managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. The role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems effectively with a positive, can‑do attitude. We value individuals who can work flexibly to meet business demands, remain self‑motivated, and perform confidently without constant supervision. Knowledge of the Heathrow and wider local market, along with experience in developing contractor, airline, or transient business opportunities, would be highly desirable and would help you make an immediate impact in the role.
We embrace inclusivity which means creating an environment where we celebrate our differences and everybody’s contributions, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, social background, religion or belief.
